Proceedings of the 2025 ISEM conference will be published in the CIRP approved journal Procedia CIRP.

The Editorial Manager submission system for paper submissions is now open. Authors are invited to submit full papers for peer-review. Please note that this conference follows a direct full paper submission process. We do not require an abstract submission prior to the full paper.

When navigating the submission process choose “Submit a Manuscript” and select the option “VSI : PROCIRP_ISEM 2025”. The papers should not exceed six (6) A4-size pages making use of the conference template. Submissions should not have been previously published or currently under consideration for publication in other conference proceedings or peer-reviewed journal. Authors must present their work at the conference to ensure its publication in the CIRP Procedia journal.
