Cancellation Policy – Registration cancellations or revisions must be submitted in writing by email to registration@housing.ubc.ca. Cancellations received on or before April 1, 2025 receive a full refund minus a $35 administration fee. Cancellations received between April 2 and May 1, 2025 will be refunded at 50% plus a $35 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 1, 2025.
